Unions are stupid and pointless in every job, especially jobs that are reasonably well-paid. What poor working conditions would you complain about as an accountant? Uncomfortable chairs? Unergonomic keyboards?

Seriously, get a summer job in manufacturing, work in shifts, ... See something of the other world out there. You know, the one that doesn not rigorously follow the principles described in your textbooks. Then be glad you had the opportunity to become a highly educated professional and that your exposure to that **** only lasted one summer, but remember the people stuck in there.
