Romney is well briefed. Unfortunately, that's how he sounds. Like he's reciting something that was told to him.

The problem with Romney agreeing with Obama on so many topics, especially in this debate, is that it validates Obama's policies and decisions. Had Romney taken these stances during the primaries, I seriously doubt he would have won the nomination.

No question, Obama won. He won points with humour, and he rather successfully drove home the point that Romney isn't credible.

Uh, yeah. Many of them are. Look at how naval warfare was conducted in WW1 & WW2 compared to today. You don't build fleets of dozens of battleships anymore. You build one massive supercarrier.

Our fleet has the fewest actual vessels of any time since 1917--that means it is also smaller than 1997, and 1987, etc,which is very relevant to modern naval warfare. Ships can last in excess of 50 years. Naval technology does not go obsolete all that quickly.
