I'm actually impressed by that page. It is a bit lacking of details, but overall it's way more detailed than I'd have expected for a politician, and largely reasonable (particularly if you are a federalist, in the sense of wanting to allow states to lead on most things). My main problem with it is that even with a republican congress there's no way he passes 80% of what he suggests (even if it has the support, it's just too much change to be able to make it through).Originally posted by Hauldren Collider View Post<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.

Yeah, actually all his policy details are pretty well spelled-out on his website. He's reluctant to put them in stump speeches or interviews because of the inevitable soundbites, but if you read through them you will see that he has been fairly clear on what he would do.Originally posted by snoopy369 View PostI'm actually impressed by that page. It's not often that something on the interwebs makes me literally laugh out loud. This did.
Thanks, Wiggy.

Actually, it's surprisingly lacking for a guy offering the "alternative."Originally posted by snoopy369 View PostI'm actually impressed by that page. All I see on that page is tax cuts without explaining how he will pay for them. If he's going to increase the deficit, I'd like to know that. If he's going to close a bunch of loopholes, maybe he should list the loopholes he's going to close.Originally posted by Hauldren Collider View Post
