Sin is distancing yourself from God. Anything that moves you away from God is sin.

The Bible tends to also say tattoos are an abomination - though, of course, that was prior to Jesus's exortation to live by the Spirit and not the Law. Jesus was also adamant that the law boils down to one should love God (by worship & praise - not by slavishly following rules) and love others. Doing anything contrary to that would be sinful.

Thanks, but my views have been pushed and shaped by my organized religious faith (I'm a Lutheran) and by reading those who belong to organized religion. So, basically, organized religion isn't all bad (but neither, of course, is it all good).

Humans, except the opening of windows would create the flashover conditions which kills far faster.

Planes are designed such that there are enough emergency exits to egress the aircraft before most fires would burn through the breathable atmosphere.

If you're in an airplane where the fire is so intense that this is not the case, the opening of windows would immediately create flashovers which would toast virtually everyone on the airplane instantaneously in a gruesome fireball.

Why do you think no one has made those windows able to open? Romney is not more intelligent than 80 years of aeronautical engineers.
