I did think of that while writing that post, but I don't think we'd be able to do that with modern equipment. Newer tanks are way heavier than they used to be. We could certainly resupply munitions and stuff.
If there is no sound in space, how come you can hear the lasers?

No, but I like the sound of it.

as far as i know the nation of islam is not the polar opposite of the kkk. In fact, one of their platforms is that blacks should not look to the government for handouts and should be self reliant. I think a kkk member would agree that the government should not be giving handouts to blacks.
Furthermore, I think people should find out what the Nation of Islam stands for before that decide that they are out and out racist.
P.S. not saying that when you actually find out their beliefs you won't be even more against them.
What can make a nigga wanna fight a whole night club/Figure that he ought to maybe be a pimp simply 'cause he don't like love/What can make a nigga wanna achy, break all rules/In a book when it took a lot to get you hooked up to this volume/

The Nation of Islam's founder is on the record-
          1. Denouncing Jews as persons who control America;
          2. Denouncing whites, and accusing them of deliberately killing blacks in Katrina, Anti-christs, and "potential" humans
          3. Accepting the existence of different races (ie whites and blacks)
          4. Asserting the superiority of his "race" over other "races."

A person who accepts the existence of race for anything but basic physical characteristics is a fool.
A person who asserts the superiority of his race over others is a racist.

Farrakhan is both. He is the black KKK.

The KKK has a history of a lot of violence.

Zevico you still have not proved that the NOI is the equivalent of the KKK because to my knowledge the NOI has not lynched any whites or jews.

Its members have repeatedly made calls for violence. They may not see the time for violence as ripe but that is not a distinction worth making in terms of the danger it poses to the public. Plainly the KKK has not seen the time for violence as ripe for some time. That doesn't make it "non-violent."

And for the record, there is at least a possibility--one which Farrakhan has not denied, indeed, which he appeared to advert to favourably--that the Nation killed Malcolm X. And even if it were not so-his statement on the subject encapsulates what he thinks he should do to those who turn away from his movement:
Was Malcolm your traitor or ours? And if we dealt with him like a nation deals with a traitor, what the hell business is it of yours? A nation has to be able to deal with traitors and cutthroats and turncoats.

                "If", indeed.

A dangerous tolerance for racism has swept up the American left. This tolerance for racism is a cancer and nothing more.

I look at it like Nixon going to China. If you have a problem and your enemy has the same problem you should work together.

Zevico is just getting crazier by the day.
"The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."
