Any good TV series?

Well first of all, it's great to see so many friendly faces here! In a weird sort of way you've been one of the familiar things in my last decade of constant change. It's been a ride!! Bunch of lows there, gaping holes (I don't mean butts with that), dark stuff. But ups and joy as well.

Let me continue that I've just bought land and I'm going to build a house. Yes. It was a plan earlier but now it is becoming a reality. I have land, I've got my construction plans ready, all there is left is to get permits to build as planned and we will start. We will start this September! I'm excited... very excited.

Hey, a lot of good suggestions here, thanks!! Few stand out though... so I'm definitely going to check them out. I'll check them all out from imdb.com, so all suggestions were appreciated and will be followed up.

1100 m2.. so that's like.. about 12 000 square feet.

I've got two kids now, one is two years in few weeks and the other one will be 6 months in few weeks... I don't need to tell you how busy they keep us. Exhausted is the right word. Perfect time to pick up a house building project, yes?

I've got plans almost ready, I can share them soon. The house itself is about 1700-1800 square feet.

Touch? Never heard of it. I don't mind touchy-feely. If it works, it works...

It is great ...
totally different from the original series in the 70s...
the colonials aren´t the totally good guys which are standing united against the cylons
and the cylons also aren´t the totally evil guys, but have different factions with their own agenda...
not to forget that we don´t have George Lucas Starfighter-Spacecombat, but rather plausible space combat

First i need to know about your taste then i can able to give some suggestion. I mostly love to watch Dexter, Prison Break, Friends, Vampire and i also like to watch animation series like Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, Berserk, Bakki The Grabler.

I've started watching the BBC Amercia series Copper. I really like it. When I was a kid every other program on TV was a Western. As I began to study history I realise dthat the East had a much richer history than the Wild West - and more violent. At last someone has had the sense to produce an "Eastern". They don't shy away from the issues of the day at all.
The main character is an Irish American detective, the series takes place in the latter days of the Civil War. Irish Americans aren't yet allowed to serve as uniformed police. The story material touches on the inhabitants of the slums, the bigoted uniformed cops, the wealthy who are above the law, the blacks who are struggling to recover form the recent riots.

Breaking Bad is a must see. Okay maybe not a must see, but I love it.

I don't have TV, so I can't recommend anything else. I have Netflix, so have watched the first 4 seasons of Breaking Bad so don't spoil season 5 for me. I can't watch it until it comes on Netflix.

Other than that, I just watch old stuff. Old stuff> new stuff. I'm an old geezer, I know.

On a side note: It's weird coming back to this place after so long and seeing everyone has kids. Makes you realize how much time has passed.

CSI for me is a good series. It has drama, crime and stories.I have a great interest in knowing that how they solve any case. Their ideas, plans, presence of mind all things I like.
