That would depend on your definition of "is".

Obama generally has the good grace to wait more than half a day before completely changing position on an issue. By todays standards that's pretty trustworthy apparently.

I actually kinda agree. But if we stop short of Bill Gates, we get the likes of Warren Buffet, who can't even do his taxes right; Mark Zuckerberg, who would openly sell state secrets to the Chinese (and has to wait 7 years); George Lucas, who would spend his entire term trying to pass constitutional amendments; and Donald Trump, who would name his toupée VP.

I can see the attack ads now:

            "College drop-out"
"Spent millions of tax-exempt dollars overseas" (Africa aid)
            "Windows ME"

...though that last one might actually be fair.

Bain Capital havent produced ****. They make money off other peoples companies and labour. You can argue that some of those companies would have ceased to exist without Bains reorganization and that would be fair enough, but don't make out like Romney has created anything of value, because he hasnt.

Of course he has. That's why people voluntarily gave him money in exchange for it.

Depends on your definition of value. It's certainly a pretty ****ty qualification for running a country.

It actually doesn't. That's the cool thing about capitalism. People like you don't get to decide what's valuable and what isn't.

Another cool thing about Capitalism is that it doesn't have mass starvation.

I used the present tense, and meant it - go back a few centuries and starvation was a problem everywhere - but you should be aware that there were British laws designed to prevent the importation of food in order to "protect" people from being able to eat cheaply.

Incidentally, this is the exact sort of nonsense that we see from the Obama administration.

The famine was largely a product of import restrictions designed to protect local farmers.
