ANYone who eats Skittles is a threat to all of humanity.
I'm not sure why the fact he was holding skittles is relevant? Do you think someone who recently purchased skittles is not capable of assaulting someone else within an hour of that purchase? Or is it two hours?

In fact I'm not sure why anything you say on the topic is relevant. Loser.

    Girls are cowards. Let's rape'em!
I never worked in criminal law, thank god, but one of my friends was a public defender and I went to one of his trials before getting lunch with him. Basically, a woman's word that she was raped, even in the absence of physical evidence and even months after the alleged rape, was enough to get his client put on trial. It was over by that afternoon, convicted, done deal.

I'm generally in favor of the system but it's far too easy to allege rape and ruin someone's life, largely because of douchebags like you who view burdens of proof as part of the 'war on women' or whatever.

So in essence you are saying it was a terrible travesty of justice when underage sex/statutory rape (and the video taping thereof) was prosecuted in the case of Marcus Dixon but now....

All Martin was doing was returning home with Skittles.

        Oh, ouch!

The fact that when confronted with the accusation in 2005 he apologized might be relevant?

It's a fact to you, because you take everything rape accusers say at their word. Douchebag.

Zimmerman is a child molester. That is to say, he was a molester who was also a child.

This statement is very interesting to me, from a psychological perspective. Here we have a douchebag who was, by his own admission, nowhere near the Trayvon Martin shooting scene claiming to know everything the victim was doing before he died. Imagine what actual witnesses lie about on the stand. ***** is setting Zimmerman up

Whoever is responsible for the recent Wiglaf as a serious poster posts should be banned. Or molested/shot by Zimmerman at least.

He does this sometimes. And sometimes, I think I can almost see a hint of his real opinions. I don't know.

I think the prosecutors realize they don't have much of a case for second-degree murder. There's just not enough evidence to convict. You have one witness, the suspect, who was clearly hit by the victim (broken nose, cuts on back of the head) and no evidence that the guy is racist. You might be able to get him on involuntary manslaughter, maybe.

You have a young man walking home from the store to his family, talking to his girlfriend on the phone and saying that he was being followed by a stranger. Next minute you have a youngster dead from gunshot wounds and a guy with a dodgy past record claiming it was 'self defence'.

No it would have to be voluntary manslaughter.

Thankfully we have rules of evidence and burdens of proof to discourage this kind of thought process.
