It was started by a poster I'm guessing is/was a bot on the 28th of March, and sat there quiet and unnoticed until July 2nd, when it was bumped by a poster who's almost certainly a bot. As it happens, that was the last post in the CivWorld forum--which is the only reason I noticed it, from the main forum index. The Civ World forum can probably be merged with another one.
It's actually a fairly informative thread, albeit written in poor English and totally unrelated to the forum's subject. If some of you had a pool going on how long it would last before anyone noticed, sorry for queering the deal.
