Why would I care about the political party a Judge claims?

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

I'm just priming you for what you will be reading for the next few weeks.

And why are you surprised about Kennedy. He's completely random on his decisions.

If someone was going to join the Liberal wing to uphold it, he would have been my pick and I would have lost money on the bet.

Just because a law is ****ty, that doesn't mean it is unconstitutional.

This echoes the utterly inane Wisconsin brouhaha for me. One side loses their mind about some law or another, which may or may not be ****ty, and then try anything to get rid of it, including things that are dumb on its face.

I just find it refreshing (and somewhat encouraging for the future) that the Supreme Court has issued a ruling that is not pre-defined by party affiliation or agenda. Kind of shocking, actually.

The Supreme Court did what it it supposed to do. They did not declare that the law made sense, or was a good idea, or would not damage the economy, or not eventually prove itself to a boondoggle of monumental proportions. They said it does not violate the constitution.

Many Americans who were upset at the Supreme Court decision took to Twitter to voice their anger. Weirdly enough, many Americans tweeted about 'moving to Canada' to escape socialized medicine.

"I'm moving to Canada, the United States is entirely too socialist," tweets @wallyweldon.

Who is that? The rational response to this ruling from conservatives should be: Romney 2012! It would be more productive than *****ing like a bunch of liberals.
