Severed limbs is much more interesting then the usual polite BS which passes for politics in their sadly functional government. I mean it's nice their government functions but it's much more interesting to watch a dysfunctional government like ours.

This year 2 dismembered bodies were found in dumpsters in Winnipeg. The events didn't seem to be related; one resulted in an arrest. No word on if body parts were missing. Very odd. It could not get much weirder, but then it does.
The guy is quasi famous on the internet for strangling kittens and posting the videos online.
Apparently he filmed the attack (and its aftermath) and posted it online, which some sites have. I read a description of it and it made me sick, to say the least. Far more than just murder.
