Go check rarity charts on this:

    99 percentile is still ~1/100.

Oh and 99th percentile is a 135-139 IQ. That's underestimating KH but I never said he's 99th percentile. I only said there's tens of millions of people smarter than him. Admittedly, that might have been too high. I'd bring it down to say there are hundreds of thousands to a couple million people smarter than him alive today.

        Huh?

99% of the area of the curve == 99% of the observations.

In this case, each 'observation' is a person.

        It's just this isn't it?

If I'm agreeing with Alby against KH in statistics I'm sure I must be wrong, but I don't know why.

I suspect KH was pointing out the difference between there being 70m BETWEEN the 99th and 100th percentile rather than 70m AT 99th percentile which is what Alby said.

Hm. Again, it's very possible I have no idea what I'm talking about. We'll find out when KH returns. If his response is, " *****," then we'll know that Albert was right.

It's that. But he's being a pedantic jerk. It's clear that I meant 99th percentile and above.

And I love how it's like we'll just wait and see til the genius KH shows up to tell us what's what.

Er, there may have been a bit of snark in my "wait and see" comment.

In the days of yore, people protested how things like matsu****a were censored. The admins changed how **** works.

If too much success is getting to you, I suggest smoking weed. I also suggest smoking weed if you don't have enough success, if your dog dies, if your wife turns out to have man parts, if you have to give a big presentation in five minutes, if you are watching Mad Men, and to treat symptoms of tuberculosis.
