The operator can get you the professional you need, be it a cop, or an ambulance, fire services, etc. The operator does not need to be (and isn't) a cop/doc/firefighter rolled into one.

re - the news article you posted - We have had similar 911 misdirections here as well over the years and in virtually every case it was the technology being used that was the problem, not hooplehead operators.

The debate is about the legal authority of the operator, not training. Your position is that this wouldn't have happened had Zimmerman obeyed the operator.
