Chuck Norris is in a pitched battle against an 18th-century empress — and he’s kicking her butt.
The Slovak Republic government has set up an online contest to allow the public to name a bridge stretching across the Morava River to Austria, Reuters reports.
The way it’s going now the Chuck Norris Bridge is looking like a real possibility.
The polling will end in April, but as of Thursday the “Lone Wolf McQuade” star has got 74% of the ballots with 1,175 votes. The dead Hapsburg royal Maria Theresa has been left in the dust with just 8%, according to the wire service.

Naming a bridge after Chuck Norris would be a terrible mistake.
Nobody crosses Chuck Norris.
