The unemployment rate will likely stay above 7% until 2015. It will also increase to 8.9% at end of this year and hit 9.2% at the end of 2013 based on CBO forecasts.

Yes, there certainly is a difference, and thanks for restating my position. What I'm talking about is the people who lost their career and now have a job, and those that don't even have a job. I'm talking about the increasing number of tent cities. You think people with "jobs" or those living in tent cities are reflected in unemployment figures?
Of course you don't think that. You're a smart man. You know better than that. What you don't seem to understand is that McDonald's would never hire you.
