My mom was in contact with it once (she works with DHS right now).
Unfortunately, the US is no longer a country where TB doesn't exist.
Get a vaccine if you are around people who might have it.

The vaccine is not used in the US that often.
Just get a TB test every year. Those of us in healthcare have to get the test every year.

TB is seeing a resurgence in America that has caught the medical community by surprise. There are outbreaks in other places besides Philly.
