Who do you find interesting to read about in the news?

Not necessarily admire, perhaps even detest, but find them interesting for whatever reason.

I found Kim Jong Il interesting. I certainly did not admire him. I was curious as to why he did the things that he did. How much freedom of action did he have and how much was driven by internal politics and so forth?

I find Charles Barkley interesting because, no matter whether it's basketball, politics, or anything else, he can say any damn thing he wants and get away with it.

Although the weight watchers(TM) thing will doubtless get old in a hurry.
