To get into a bit of late winter holiday spirit (and to use up this cognac) I've been making mulled wine spiked with a bit of cognac (heated red wine, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, honey, orange peel zest, dab of cognac) as well as spiced coffee with cognac (good coffee made strong, several shots of cognac, cream, cinnamon, sugar). I find it much more pleasing to my taste buds compared to cognac straight which is odd since I like whiskey, tequila, and vodka straight. Brandy in general just doesn't seem to taste good at all.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.

Good point. 2/3rds of it (at least) is still left so it will likely just say in my little liquor cabnet.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.
