Never been a brandy man but my uncle gave me a bottle of Bache Gabrielsen XO for Xmas. Do you drink it straight up, on the rocks, in a mixed drink, or something else? I'm not sure what to do with it but I'm thinking about opening it, suggestions please.

This would be the accepted method.
You can also enjoy some other bevies that way. A friend introduced me to 'fine' tequila in a snifter that is very smooth.(\__/)
