1. Why is there still war in Afghanistan? If I was in charge we'd defeat the Taliban in no time by doing unrestricted submarine warfare against them. You know, sink all their convoys, and they will have no stuff left to fight on.

2. Torture works. Now let's be consequent and bring it back on full scale. Besides, waterboarding is not really torture, so why not have the good old rule back that any trial is declared unlawful when no tor....I mean tough methods were used during the investigations/interrogations. Those methods could also be used in context of public hearings or any other occasions where people are being questioned (for example as a consequence for not answering polls done via phone).

3. The problem with sharia law - as I see it - is mainly that you can't rightfully call people "wankers" anymore when they have their hands cut off.

I'm not sure exactly how thought #3 jives with the Nazi thinking of the first two thoughts. Are you a full-fledged Nazi or not?

Hey none of those are exclusively "Nazi".

#1 aside from WWI Krauts tried it with Britain during the 2nd, but failed by mid-war. US subs doing it to the Japanese later with more success. Just know your history.

#2 is just what I learned on this forum.

I can just see it now. Some guy driving a wagon full of poppy stops by the watering hole to give the oxen a drink. Silently a nuclear submarine slips out of the water ... a mechanical arm comes out of the nose and grabs the oxen as the sub slowly submerges to the depths to feed on it's prey...

I don't know why (probably because the game features a nuclear submarine) but this reminded me of a sequence in the latest Call of Duty's campaign that almost made me laugh. The quality of the recording is terrible but...
