I have no idea who she is; I originally guessed it was a spambot that got to me through Verto (who was the only mutual friend), so I accepted and started chatting (I love talking with the AIM spambots). I got enough data that I'm confident she's an actual human, and now assume it's related to Lancer somehow (she's from the Philippines).
