Depends who "we" is. Everybody but you is/was talking about the Disney Snow White. You mistook the picture for Sleeping Beauty, and you're making it about that out of some sort of "originalist" haughtiness, because the prince waking the princess to wake her only happens in Sleeping Beauty, OF COURSE. Except, if you're going to be really originalist, for that to be Sleeping Beauty the Prince would need to not only be kissing her, but having sex with her while she's asleep (later versions "cleaned it up" to a chaste kiss).
