Should we buy Albie a dog for Christmas?

I think it would be lovely if could pass the hat around to buy Albie a nice doggie for Christmas.

Please advise if you wish to contribute to this worthy cause, and suggest a breed of dog. Whether it be an adorable pit bull or a fluffy alsatian or whatever.

I am sure Albie would appreciate it.
