Personally I try to spend less than 1/100 of my time in the bathroom. With proper planning that means me and 99 other like-minded individuals could share a bathroom comfortably.
I did quite well with a 1:9 ratio the last 2 years in fact. It helped that there was no bathtub, shower, mirror, or indeed even a sink. Keeps the queue moving along at a brisk pace...
