Negative?? NOt really. I learned a few things along the way I guess. More recently I believe I have become something of a porn snob, preferring the ladies of the 80s. Although, they can be very related.

Fapping can definitely decrease your desire for porn, and can be a good help in breaking the addiction. Fapping to 'remembered' porn won't help much though. This is my personal experience.

(I don't maintain that everyone who watches porn is addicted, I believe that many are not. I am not saying that everyone should stop watching porn now. I do think that the idea that porn can be addicting and the damage it can do has been ignored by society for too long, that some are addicted, and that I was/am one. In fact, I think it is quite healthy to do so regularly if your sexual partner is not available or if you are not in a serious relationship.
