  • CERN finds FTL neutrinos ???

physics, CERN, Large Hadron Collider, LHC, high-energy physics, particles, science

Hi KH. Do you have a view on this? Is it a fluke or are they onto something?

SUMMARY: They seem to have discovered FTL neutrinos but are still waiting independent confirmation of the measurements because they can't believe it themselves.

Anyhow, the takeaway is that 60 nanoseconds is really really short. They have some kind of systematic bias in their experiment creating this. I am 99.9% certain of this.

60 nanoseconds is a really really short period of time.

would that distance by any chance coincide with the amount of curvature on the earth between the two locations?
