It's Android. Haven't examined the specs in detail after I learned it was single core.

    Also, it's a huge screen.

I learned how to type as well, but I can't find a colon. You could say that I can't find my colon with both hands.

I've read it will also be good with audio, and good storage.

Asher is mistaken, the "Nexus Prime" is going to be the Droid Prime on Verizon.

I wouldn't try to find my colon with any of the devices mentioned in this thread.

Do you think it will only be available in the US?

I just got the HTC Sensation. Happy with it so far. Bought it outside of a contract, so it ran $550 with tax. Competes with the Galaxy S2, although the GS2 has been slow to come out in the US.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

Initially? Maybe, just like how the "Droid" was initially CDMA only(on Verizons bands) before showing up as the milestone overseas.

                  (or on Cincinnati Bell lol).

I might add that if you live in Canada you should be able to get a Galaxy S2 with a LTE radio for Rogers. The Droid Prime(what Asher is calling the Nexus Prime) is going to be a refreshed Galaxy S2 with LTE anyway.

                    Uh, where am I mistaken?

nye lives in Alberta. Verizon is a ghetto US network. We don't have "Droid" phones here. We will, however, have the Nexus Prime.

There's no way it'll only be available in the US.

All of the other phones (Nexus One, Nexus S) have been available worldwide.

                        Stop giving advice to Canadians.

You cannot get an Galaxy S2 through Rogers. Bell is the exclusive carrier. They do not have LTE.

You cannot get "Droid" phones in Canada at all. Droid phones are Verizon-crippled versions of legitimate phones that Canada and the rest of the world get. There is no way the Nexus Prime will be CDMA only because it's designed to be Google's flagship reference phone for Android 4.0. It'll likely use Qualcomm's new megachip which is GSM/HSPDA/CDMA all in one. If not that, the one you're talking about is the CDMA version of the phone. I don't think you understand how unpopular CDMA is worldwide.

Verizon is by far the best network in every way shape and form. Canada would be a better place if they had a provider which was half as good as Verizon.

Verizon is God-awful by most standards. It's only good because AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint are somehow even worse.

Verizon's technology choice of CDMA is a dying breed. 2 of Canada's 3 major networks were CDMA until last year when they jumped ship. The technology sucks.

There's not a single CDMA-exclusive provider in Canada now.

Costco is offering $320 off the Galaxy S 4G with a two year contract. Given Costco's typical pricing, this is probably a free phone.

                              Is this a good deal?
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.
