    Alby is a great guy!!!

    Alby has come under a lot of criticism lately and I'm sure over the time I was not on the site. I just want to say that there are a few things I admire about Alby.
    I think he is a very attractive guy with a great physique. No homo. He's obviously smart. In great physical shape with good eating habits.
    I aspire to be even close to as physically fit as Al. I also try to give up certain foods in a quest to obtain Al like abs.
    Al you're a great guy. If anyone else has anything NICE to say please do so. Otherwise ignore the thread.

        I also like lonely island. I only say no homo as a joke. I don't really care what people think. But let's get back to the topic. AL is a great guy

          We all make bad decisions. Al has also made some good ones.

                Living in Philly isn't nessecarily a stupid thing - he could probably do something good there - a good life isn't defined in how much money you can suck out of people.

                Unfortunatedly he fails big on 1) and that's why Al is bashworthy.
                With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

                  Albie desperately needs to get out of Philadelphia to get some perspective. My serious heartfelt advice to him take a few months to see the world, **** a few 20-year old backpackers, like I did.

                  (Then get serious or get out, but that practically goes without saying.)

                    No doubt, Al haven't the faintest idea of what is going on outside a miles radius so an education trip could do him well

                      A positive thing to say about Albie? Hmm, he still has time to change his ways, get a good job, and move out of Philly.

                      His pictures do show that he maintains his body in good shape though I think he should give up on the Marine Corp and aim higher (and I don't mean the chair force).

                            I can't imagine anyone on poly that hates Al, not even KH. He's just the black sheep of the family that can't figure out how to get a proper life
