Well clearly that's where you've been going wrong...
Is it me, or is MOBIUS a horrible person?

One could certainly make that argument.

Cut your head off, should sort the snoring.

but you have to do it yourself and with a sword or a katana... cutting the neck cleanly is a requirement, if you miss and half cut into the head itself, it will just make the problem worse.

My grandfather has sleep apnea. He got one of those machines and turned from being miserable, tired, and extremely unhealthy all the time to...well, I'm not going to say great, since I think he's in his 80s or something, but he became reasonably healthy for someone his age. It was incredible.

My dad, che, and myself all have sleep apnea. After the 1st couple of nights you get used to wearing a CPAP mask. Trust me, you'll feel much better.

Also I had it even when I was super-skinny. Heredity plays a bigger role than weight or snoring.

Finally got that sleep study done. Turns out I have severe obstructive sleep apnea. The tech who read off my numbers to me even sounded kind of shocked.

And did they recommend you something to improve the situation? Not that I can be of real help here, other than adding a generic "healthy lifestyle, exercise" comment

                          12 years later?

Try sleeping on an incline, the elevated angle helps with gerd and night time acid reflux too. Sleep on your side, I recommend the left since the right can cause reflux.

The angle takes pressure off the throat whereas lying flat increases it.

That, of course, but also a CPAP machine. Have to get it fitted and such. We'll see if it works.

Are you a candidate for Inspire? I hope your insurance was good. Those sleep studies are not cheap.
