It is awesome in that "can you believe this happy horse****?" way that "The Rock" is awesome.

        Thought-provoking, it is not.

This. Let's not try to say Total Recall sucks in order to lift Blade Runner even higher.

Total Recall has a three-tittied chick, which is great. Blade Runner is a thought-provoking, beautiful work of pure art.

If I wanted my thoughts provoked, I'd read a book.

What the hell was so thought-provoking about Blade Runner?

                Oh, robots have feelings, too!

I guess Short Circuit is genius

There were no robots in Blade Runner.

You want to pick at straws here? They're robots.

If you want to see robots, then I suggest that you see "I robot".

It's the ****ing theme of blade runner that it's a serious problem to distinguish between real humans and manufactured ditto.

                        They're still robots.

                        About Blade Runner:
Deckard's former job, as a "Blade Runner", was to track down replicants, bioengineered robots, and "retire" them.

Hell, Karel Capek who coined the term 'robot' used it to describe beings that looked like this:

                        Androids are robots, fool.

You leave away from the movie with everything still ambiguous. Not many movies are like that.
Erm ... Blade Runner is ambiguous.

At the end you're left with the possibility that Deckard himself is a replicant.
