I rate Blade Runner as a very good movie, but it's not a top 10 classic in my book. I've always thought that the ending makes for a good sequel, but it's probably for the better that this new movie isn't that, 30 years later.

I only watched it within the last 2 yrs. As a huge Sf fan I have to agree with you.
