I was raised in an Oxford comma world, but I have been weaned off of it by journalism.
I don't actually feel very strongly about it. Either way is fine, though using the traditional Oxford (series) comma is less ambiguous in many cases.Apolyton's Grim Reaper 2008, 2010 & 2011

Least ambiguous? When people can't even spell, I think a comma is the least of their worries in regard to writing.Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.
