    All of the above.
Is it me, or is MOBIUS a horrible person?

That's the type of rock I could listen to.
Shudder. Well, not surprised that Al likes absolute garbage.

It's a good song. What could possibly be wrong with it? The beat is hot. The singer can sing. The "In my life" bridge is classic. The second part of the chorus ("I want to know what love is") is powerful. The gospel singers are a great touch.

This is very well conceived song.

        Then there's Mariah's version:

I'm not a big fan of it just because it's too subdued. I like the emotional power and energy of the original better.

Why the **** did you post another version of a song nobody else seems to like when you don't even like that version?

I think the cover sucks less tbh.

I'm being dead up. "I want to know what love is" is a great song. It, along with "Cold as Ice", has been sampled quit a bit in hip hop, in fact. I'm not too familiar with Foreigner besides that, though.

If you think that is good rock, your world needs to expand some.

There's rock songs out there wayyyyyy better than that.

This is another of my type of rock songs and is relevant to the thread title:

Why? This is good music. It's popular, right?

As far as classic rock goes, I like songs like these:

"Take Me Home Tonight" by Eddie Money
"We Built this City" by Starship
                              "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey
"Here I Go Again" by Whitesnake
                              "Broken Wings" by Mister Mister

I like that 80's rock stuff.
