  • If Germany left the Euro, how many Marks to the Euro would there be?

    Seriously, this is not good.

First Greece, than Ireland, then ..., then ..., Italy, Spain, France!
    How long will it takes?

The euro crisis is not over until the fat lady sings.

How many EU economies need a strong euro? One? Two?
How many EU economies need a floating euro? All the others!

Conclusion: It’s faster, cheaper and leaner to exclude from the euro the strong ones!

    QED.

So, if Germany left the Euro, how many Marks to the Euro would there be?

You haven't mentioned France. Until you do, I don't think this is a fair and Franc discussion.
Is it me, or is MOBIUS a horrible person?

Germany is the Euro. They're the only ones in the EU who actually pay for everything.

Well, there are other net payers....but Krautland is the biggest blob in Yurrop, and it's always sexy to moan how the biggies are evil and everything. Though Americans probably never encountered anything like this ...

Let's face reality. The EU started out at one giant con by the French to get the Germans to give them money for nothing. It's been working as planned ever since.

The only hitch is everyone else wants Germany to give them money too and there aren't enough German taxpayers to support them all.

One more reason why to leave the euro will be a smart move to Germany!!
