I don't mind cops using deadly force if it is justifiable but this just takes the cake. Cops go on a shooting spree in firing dozens of shots but then they tried to cover up evidence of the shooting by smashing cellphones of bystandards who recorded the whole incident. It's pretty hard to believe cops abused their power this way in modern America.
