                Unlikely. Mars' atmosphere is too thin for ice to exist on the surface for any extended period of time.

                    Possible, but it's just as likely to be some poorly understood geological feature of Mars. There are lots of those, even though scientists have a broad enough understanding of Mars to be able to rule out a lot of things right off the bat.

                          the color changes in the terrain where they pieced photos together is a bit unusual and the "tracks" or whatever they are ends at the border of such a change, that aint right. I suppose its another optical illusion like the "face".
