Instead of being negative, let's list some good stuff coming from the venerable USA
I'll start with a list of 10:

#3. The Pixies
#4. The Internet
#5. Bittorrent
#6. Intel CPU's
#7. The Offspring
#8. Google
#9. Johnny Depp (even though he relocated to France
)
#10. Microsoft Software
and no Apple does not deserve to be on that list
