  • can a dumb person act smart?

inspired by Donald Trump's analysis of the actor Robert Deniro

can a dimbulb also be a great actor?

I've never been real impressed with Deniro.

De Niro did not graduate from high school.

Yeah I just went to watch an interview with him and yeah... De Niro doesn't strike me as very intelligent. He's a big ummer and ahher which is weird because he also talks very slowly when speaking impromptu, strange for a New Yorker.

and Mel Tillis stuttered, but he could sing

I dont know, I never saw Deniro talking about stuff that wasn't written by somebody else, but you dont need to be all that smart to know if someone (Trump, according to Deniro) lacks integrity. I'm not impressed by the way Trump deals with critics, and thats trying real hard to be fair cuz I dont like him.

Frankly, if you're not Albert Einstein, you should just shut up!

Neither did Richard Branson. Your point?
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

Generally speaking, a failure to complete high school says something about one's expected intelligence, but more likely says something about one's education and knowledge.

                    Mentioning an outlier. Your point?

I know people who went to college and are unemployed, unloved and sit on their ass all day eating tomato paste. Why judge an individual's intelligence by education level?

Actually, I was just hired back at Checkers today. I start in a few days after my background check clears.

                        Sigh... back to fast food.

I've never heard of Checkers. Anything interesting or just another burger place?

Have you heard of Rally's? It's the same thing. Regional branding.

Checkers in the North because that's what the checkered pattern represents... NASCAR imagery in the South...
