Just got a small settlement
Pretty cool. I just got a check in the mail from a Settlement Administrator from Milliron v. T- Mobile USA. Not much. Just $118 but hey. Pretty cool.

Is one automatically a part of a class action lawsuit? Or do you need to apply somewhere?

Those designated part of a class are given a period before lawsuit gets underway to opt out of the class. If they don't they are bound by the result as much as they would have been following their own action.
