            It's of course the sick, uneducated and unemployed that are to blame for it - round them up in extermination camps and the deficit will evaporate

            Oh, spare some of them - it seems like McD are going to save the US burger flippers to the rescue

                    Not really. It wouldn't actually be possible to increase taxes enough to cover the deficit when you account for the formulaic spending growth.
