    Also, doesn't Vargo suffer greatly at the hands (or, teeth) of Brienne? She bites his ear off and the wound festers?

          I think Hoat gets his ear bitten off or some**** but Gregor Clegane hacks off his limbs and stuff.

                    dude could have taken some hobo's giant melon and sent it to dorne. qyburn is all about rehabilitating the mountain. more believable that some other idiot gets ahead of the game.
