Saw some interesting videos on youtube with regards to chimps.



It's like our superiority is due partially to us lacking in some level of basic sense that the chimps possess.

But see that's the thing. The first video shows a difference in chimp and human psychology. Chimps can learn but they don't apply what they learn if it isn't necessary. Humans slavishly follow our education, even if it is unnecessary. As a result, humans are basically walking copymachines always mimicking and repeating what we have learned while chimps are fundamentally more practical. Yet it is our very inefficiency in how our brains operate that is the reason we are so developed.
