This thread is to help those who like to think that they sound intelligent. 
Living in ones own little world must be exceedingly pleasant so let us discuss ways such people might best maintain their delusions.
One could provide a most clear and penetrating analysis of some point to demonstrate intelligence. It is best to select some minor obscure point that nobody knows or cares about as this largely eliminates the possibility of being contradicted. One should also use the biggest longest words one can think of to demonstrate manifestly superior education and intelligence. It's best if nobody knows what the big words mean.
It is ideal if nobody actually understands but they think you know what you are talking about. Whether you actually know what you are talking about is of course irrelevant.
Please help by adding yours suggestions and comments. But keep it nice and simple so these people can understand.
