I don't thinks so. Who have we got?
- Lorizael. Never see him doing any modding? I he for real?
- JonMiller: probably the opposite, will be a peace of meat that after you've chewn it for 15 minutes you stil can't swallow it. Inititially juicy though.
- Jeroen Schweitzer. Again, who is this guy? Might be tender if he is anything like his namesake.
- Robert Plomp. Would need week long marinating before he could approach anything resembling tenderness. Any taste would also have to come from added spices.
- MikeH reminds me of wobbly pudding. Would make a great crème-brûlée."post reported"Winston, on the barricades for freedom of speech

Robert Plump. That's all I need to say.Jon Miller: MikeH speaks the truth
Jon Miller: MikeH is a shockingly revolting dolt and a masturbatory urine-reeking sideshow freak whose word is as valuable as an aging cow paddy.
We've got both kinds

Ssshh Provost. This thread was inspired by your excellent thread discussing the merits of boiling moderators down for glue, and by Thoth's recipe, and by Mike's comment that people have stopped complaing about moderators and instead seem to find them tender and delicious..

Hell yes. (though Ming was a bit tough and stringy. Sometimes marinating is a good idea)Libraries are state sanctioned, so they're technically engaged in privateering. - Felch
I thought we're trying to have a serious discussion? It says serious in the thread title!- Al. B. Sure

230 celsius for three hours? Nope. They'd come out like cardboard.
If you want tender, brown them on a very hot pan, then keep at a very gentle simmer in stock for three hours. Alternatively, after the browning stage roast at a very low temperature (80 celsius) for twelve hours. The genesis of the "evil Finn" concept- Evil, evil Finland
