Looks like the building is in a valley. The water coming in would get higher than on a plain.

Better make sure you don't live in a valley, Doc. When the meteor strikes in the Gulf, the water rushing at you will get higher than you thought!

I think I got the odds on another meteor. I hope. What are the chances of two meteors hitting in the same place twice. Prob the same as two or three nuke plant malfunctioning at the same time.
