    Recommend Provost a New Phone

    Well there is something that I need before I go messing around with new laptops, as my work phone contract expires on the 15th. So I need a new phone. I'm not prepared to be anally raped by Apple and their stupid prices, but something Androidy that won't cost me an arm and a leg would be nice

          Phones have always been a bit of a "meh" thing for me. Are useful for a few things, including phonecalls , but I've never really kept up to date with the things.

                From what I have seen, for the most part, good Android phones and a good iPhone are about the same. Android has more freedom and iOS toys.

                    Seriously, I've been hooked on Blackberries for the last 9 years. It works. Buy an iPhone if you have boobies or lack brains.

                      Blackberries are the next Nokia in the consumer space. What a piece of **** that OS is.

                      I work with two guys who were senior developers at RIM, and they each use Android phones. They ditched the BB Bolds as soon as they left the company.

                            For Android look at Samsung Galaxy S or HTC Desire.

                            Galaxy S is an iPhone4 beater, and a lot cheaper.

                            HTC Desire is a really solid Android phone, at a slightly lower price bracket.
