I can't watch this video, what is it about? On a related topic, I'm wondering if I did the right thing today... I had a "cheesy bacon twister" at KFC for lunch. I must admit it was delicious when I first started eating it, but decidedly non-cheesy. As I worked my way to the end of the wrap it became cheesier and cheesier, until it was this disgusting glop of cheese with little to no bacon or chicken in the mix. It was bad enough I even considered not finishing it, but while debating with myself whether I would or not, I had consumed the rest anyways. Even now that it is several hours later, my stomach is having some difficulty in dealing with processing this meal. Was it the fact that there was a flour tortilla? Should I have discarded it before consuming my meal?

Then I would have only had Mountain Dew for lunch, and that doesn't seem terribly healthy. Did Paleolithic man even have Mountain Dew? (I'm not talking about dew that forms at high altitudes, unless by "high altitudes" you are referring to the air you get on your BMX when jumping the Grand Canyon during a thunderstorm, and by "dew" you are referring to the piss in your pants at the time.)

The video is about eating meat and fresh veggies (avoiding grains including processed foods) while doing crossfit. It's pretty obvious that it's a superior diet to Fritos and Mountain Dew (the most delicious drink on Earth), but it's not exactly economical for everybody to do.John Brown did nothing wrong.

Mountain Dew is made differently in different countries. The US version is high in caffeine. I remember getting hooked on the US version on a road trip through the US as a child."I have never killed a man, but I have read many obituaries with great pleasure." - Clarence Darrow
"I didn't attend the funeral, but I sent a nice letter saying I approved of it." - Mark Twain
