I had a big lunch today, so I'm probably having a sandwich tonight.

It was shaved ham on rye with cheese & tomato.

I have to thank god for packaged foods because I'm lazy and my lady friend honestly couldn't cook from scratch if her life depended on it, bless her. Still, she tries. Tonight's dinner was a pre-cooked spiral cut ham from Costco which just needed reheating & the glaze applied, some instant mashed potatoes (also from Costco), and frozen veggies (boil, drain, added butter, serve). We'd starve if were back in the 19th century where you had to do everything from scratch but thank god there is prepackaged food.

On the upside we're going to have extra ham for sandwiches for several days.

Potatoes, a mix of hacked fennel, yellow peppers (sweet) and tofu, a very garlicky sauce of tomatoes, seasoned and with italian herbs added.

All ingredients fresh ("from scrap"), except for the tomatoes which where canned and the herbs which come hacked and packed (a poet..), the tofu is obviously pre-made as well. So the garlic and veggies are fresh, and I wonder how people can actually eat pre-cooked stuff. None of my ingredients come pre-fabricated, and I'm not doing this for phony but because I want to collect some years before I die, and in good health as well.

Once I get the money I'll switch to organic

Going to the Chargers vs Sea Hawks game tonight and kick off is at 5pm so in about an hour we'll be tailgating at Qualcomm stadium. Burgers and beer are what makes a great tailgate party but I understand the girls are insisting that garden burgers and chicken also be on the menu. WTF is the world coming to? This is football not a fru-fru party!

Two, you're a hipster so you don't like football. Why don't you be like Imran and boycott the NFL this year?
Three, Sea Hawks? Sea Hawks? What the **** is there a space in between Sea and Hawk for?

Sixth, if you, as a hipster, go to one football game it would be the Chargers vs. the Seahawks. Just a perfect combination of cities for your hipster sensibilities.

1) The tickets were free from work.
2) Other people I know were going so that makes it fun.
3) Even though I not an ardent fan it's still fun to watch a game live in the stadium.
4) The pre-game party makes it worth it especially when the tickets are free.
