Nokia isn't exactly the best run company in the world, it's sales and profits have been tumbling for the last decade, and Nokia has basically been frozen out of the entire smart phone market by Apple and Google but it's still nice to hear a company is moving operations to the US (specifically to Silicon Valley). I can understand why Nokia would want to move it's HQ to SV since that's where both Google and Apple are plus that's where the biggest talent pool is though I'm not sure if the move itself will be enough to reverse Nokia's sagging fortunes.
Still, this is modestly good news for California so I give it a thumbs up.
