You are the boss and you have just given your assistant a stupid instruction. What would you expect your assistant to do?

1. Just do it.
2. Tell you where to stick it.
3. Tell you why you are a ****.
4. Present a better idea.
5. Run off and tell your boss (and everyone else) why you are a ****.

Would it be different from the way you react to your boss giving you a stupid instruction?
